Use of this website
This website is provided to share information about Pinnacle's consulting services and to allow prospective and current clients to get in touch with us. Content on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a contract, proposal, or professional engagement until a separate signed agreement is in place.
SMS messaging program
By entering your phone number in our contact form and checking the SMS consent box, you opt in to receive text messages from Pinnacle Process Consulting, LLC. This program is governed by the following terms:
- Purpose. Messages are limited to direct communication regarding your inquiry or an active client engagement — for example, scheduling, project updates, or requested follow-ups. This program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
- Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may still work with us by phone or email if you prefer not to receive texts.
- Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry or engagement.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
- Supported carriers. Our messaging program is intended to work across major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No third-party sharing of your mobile number or opt-in status for the purposes of a third party's marketing, as described further in our Privacy Policy.
